We are actively seeking a dedicated Behavioral Clinical Program Manager to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with provider leadership and clinical teams.
- Evaluate provider performance against established quality metrics and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with providers to assess progress and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive program audits, delivering constructive feedback and actionable insights.
- Analyze clinical data to uncover opportunities for improving outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with providers to execute interventions and implement quality improvement strategies.
- Support high-performing providers to ensure continued excellence in care delivery.
- Offer clinical support and guidance on care coordination as needed.
- Provide training and educational resources to enhance provider capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Care Advocacy, Network Management, Affordability, and Quality Improvement to drive impactful results.
Required Skills
- A Licensed Master’s-level clinician (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy) or a Registered Nurse with a BSN or equivalent degree in behavioral health.
- Active and unrestricted professional license in Kansas.
- Proven experience utilizing clinical data and outcome measures to effect change within healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and presentation abilities, particularly in influencing quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent skills in relationship-building, communication, and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid technical skills.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Managed Care or Utilization Review, particularly in behavioral health (preferred).
- Direct clinical experience in the behavioral health field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Value-Based Programs and Public Sector benefit plans (preferred).
- Understanding of claims processes and billing codes (preferred).
